Shopping in Malta

Hi everyone! I'm going to accompany to you on a journey through the streets of some cities in Malta, visiting its stores, from the lowest budget to the most exclusive shops of the capital.
Let's go!:
Cities and towns of Malta and Gozo offers to the visitor numerous places where buy  handicrafts, clothes, jewelry and everything that we can imagine. Bussines hours are usually from 9:30 to 13:00 hours, with a break for lunch, and it open again from 16:00 to 19:00. Shpping malls usually have uninterrupted bussines hours, and it usually open more hours.
The streets markets are the ideal place to find handicraft and typical products. It usually take place once a week and open very soon because they're close before the midday. Gozo have textile products with great charm such as jerseys and tapestries. One of the best places to buy handicrafts is the street market of artisans Ta'Quail. You can also visit the street market Ta'Dbiegi.

We have choose one shopping centre, because we haven't time for all.
The Embassy Complex
It is located in the capital, la Valleta. In this shopping mall we can find a little of everything, shops like Bershka, Promod, Benetton...
Also, there are so much activities in this shopping centre, like a cinema, restaurants, etc.

Not all is clothes shops. We can find a good numbre of bookshops in La Valleta. Here a list of the bookshops, with their directions.

Museums in Malta and in Gozo.

My part of the project were the museums and these are the museums that we are going to visit:
We are going to go the Archeological National Museum located in La Valletta. It has been inaugurated in 1959. The museum has a very interesting collection of prehistory’s object, it became when the first human were there between 5200 and 2500 b.C. It cost 3.50 per person.

We are going to visit the toy museum too. It has three floors only for toys. It had been opened since 1950. It cost for adults 2.33 and for children, it is free.

We are going to visit the old prison that is located in Gozo. The individual cells, which are next to a central courtyard and surrounded by a narrow corridor, are still well preserved, almost with its original appearance. The walls of the cells and corridors of the former prison are covered with graffiti, which form the largest collection of historical graffiti in one place in the Islands. It costo 8.00 for adults and 5.00 for children between 12 an 17 years old.

It is in Spanish because I did not find a page in English. Sorry ! :(
